My client was charged with Over 80. The matter proceeded to trial, and on the third day of trial, the Judge dismissed the charge because of my effective cross examination of the two officers involved.

My client was charged with Cause Disturbance, which was withdrawn once I was able to make apparent to the crown that it was not in the public interest that the matter proceed.

My client was charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, which was withdrawn after I was able to convince the crown that there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.

My client was charged with Theft Under, Fail to Comply with Recognizance and Possession Under, which were withdrawn as a direct result of several fruitful discussions with the crown.

My client was charged with two counts of Assault, which were withdrawn as a result of discussions I had with the crown involved in the case.

Client was charged with Impaired Driving and Driving with Over 80mgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. As a result of an Application to have the charges stayed because of lost evidence, specifically the DVD of the breath room, all the charges were withdrawn.

Client was charged with Impaired Driving and Refuse to Provide Breath Sample. All the charges were withdrawn after several successful meetings with the Crown.

Client was charged with Possession of Instrument used in copying Credit Card data, Possession of Fraudulent Credit Card data, Possession of Identity Information and Possession Over $5000. All the charges were withdrawn as a result of discussions with the crown whereby there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.

Client was charged with Assault. The charge was withdrawn after several discussions with the crown in respect of lack of evidence.

Client was charged with Failing to Comply with a recognizance. The charge was withdrawn because of successful discussions with the Crown.
