Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking



My client was charged with Production of Marijuana, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Marijuana and Theft of Hydro. The trial commenced, and all charges were stayed as a result of continued discussions with the assigned crown.

My client was charged with Production of Marijuana and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Marijuana. The charges were stayed after I filed an application for unreasonable delay, in that the case took too long to get to trial.

Client was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Marijuana. The charge was stayed as a result of several discussions with the crown with respect to the lack of evidence.

Client was charged with three counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, specifically marijuana and ecstasy, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession of a Substance(Marijuana). After several discussions with the Crown, with respect to reasonable prospect of conviction, all the charges were stayed.

Client was charged with Production of Marijuana and Possession for the Purpose of Marijuana, in relation to allegations of a Marijuana grow residence. All charges were stayed as a result of bringing arguments for Unreasonable Delay.

Client was charged with 3 counts of Production of Marijuana and 3 counts of Possession for the Purposes of Trafficking in Marijuana, in relation to allegations of 3 Marijuana grow residences. All charges were stayed as a result of bringing arguments for Unreasonable Delay and Right to Instruct and Retain Counsel.

Client was charged with Conspiracy to Import Ketamine, Importing Ketamine and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Ketamine. All charges were withdrawn after numerous meetings with Judge and the Federal Crown, as well as several meetings with the Crown, where I was successful in persuading the Federal Crown not to proceed with the charges.

Client was charged with Possession of the Purpose of Trafficking in Marijuana and Possession of a Substance, specifically Marijuana. The charges were withdrawn after several pretrial meetings with the Judge and the Federal Crown, where I was able to persuade the Crown that the matter is jeopardized as a result of late disclosure.
